Excelsior Tax Credits vs. “Green” CHIPS Excelsior

Last week, the New York State Legislature passed a bill authorizing up to $10 billion in new “Green CHIP” Excelsior tax breaks to computer chip manufacturers. Reinvent Albany opposes the bill.
