Reinvent Albany Joins Amicus Brief in Support of Congestion Pricing in MTA v. Duffy Lawsuit

Reinvent Albany joined more than 20 advocacy groups and prominent individuals, including the Environmental Defense Fund, Natural Resources Defense Council, Riders Alliance, and Tri-State Transportation Campaign in an amicus brief supporting the MTA’s successful congestion pricing program in the MTA v. Duffy lawsuit. The brief contains detailed policy arguments and data showing the many benefits that congestion pricing has brought to the region since its implementation in January 2025.
