  1. Post newly announced Financial Plan budget data in a machine readable format as soon as it is made public. When a budget is proposed, enacted or updated it should appear in a machine readable format on Open Budget NY.
  2. Convert historical budget data into a machine readable format by the end of 2013. (This is a cool opportunity for the civic hacking community to work with the governor’s office.)
  3. Make sure the Open Budget NY site continues to evolve in response to recommendations from users in and out of government.
