Amicus Brief Supporting Congestion Pricing in Duffy v. MTA Lawsuit

Reinvent Albany joined an amicus brief with 15 advocacy groups, including the Environmental Defense Fund, Natural Resources Defense Council, NYPIRG, Partnership for New York City, and Tri-State Transportation Campaign, in support of the MTA’s successful congestion pricing program in the Duffy v. MTA lawsuit. 

The MTA prevailed in its prior lawsuit, MTA v. Duffy, and this new suit appeals the lower court decision. We also joined a May 2025 amicus brief for that case.
