We ask Speaker Heastie to make public all of the Assembly impeachment investigation’s evidence and findings. The Speaker says “our government should always operate in a transparent manner.”
We agree, and New Yorkers have a right to see everything supporting the Speaker’s serious claim that the Assembly has evidence against Andrew Cuomo related to “not only sexual harassment and misconduct but also the misuse of state resources in relation to the publication of the governor’s memoir as well as improper and misleading disclosure of nursing home data during the COVID-19 pandemic.”
